More than a training organization, the École Citadelle created in 2018 is a skills development center at the service of the Group’s companies. The school offers a tailor-made training engineering service to provide employees with suitable courses. It plays an advisory role and manages annual interview campaigns.
Since 2020, the school is an approved and certified QUALIOPI training organization. It now offers training to all companies in Martinique.
